Mechanical characterisation of thin films
Selected papers 1999 - January 2004
The paper abstracts are compiled as pfd-files and can easily be
identified by the file names. In cases where pdf-files of the final
versions ("as printed") were not available, pdf-files
of uncorrected proofs have been included. These files might differ in few

- Software Description: After downloading the zip-file (19 MB) you have to extract it completely into a separate directory. To start the help, simply double click on the file Startseite.htm which you will find in that directory or open it into a browser of your choice.
