Testing Your Installation on UNIX
To run the test, follow these steps.
First check the readme.html file in the standard distribution to locate the right subdirectory containing a
makefile
appropriate for your platform.
Go to that subdirectory.
Then use the sample
makefile
located there to compile and link the examples that came in the standard distribution.
Execute one of the compiled examples.
