Summary
ILM runtime license keys come in two forms. Users of file-based RTNODE, RTSTOKEN and TOKEN keys should use the CPXputenv() or IloCplex.putenv() routine to identify the location CPXputenv(). Users of memory-based RUNTIME keys should use the CPXRegisterLicense() or IloCplex.registerLicense() routine to pass the key to the ILOG License Manager embedded inside the CPLEX Component Libraries.
