- 9:30 am: official welcoming by Prof. Judy BACKHOUSE (Head of School of Economics and Business Sciences) and Prof. David COLDWELL (Head of Division Management)
- 10:00 am to 12:00 am: lecture by Mr. Rob VENTER on “Entrepreneurial values, hybridity and entrepreneurial capital: Insights from Johannesburg informal sector” and Introduction in fieldwork projects
- 12:30 am: fieldwork projects at Bree Street Market and KwaMai Mai Market
