Start and Registration Period for Language Courses in the summer semester 2024
The language courses in the summer semester will begin on 8 March 24. Registration for the language courses is possible via OPAL from 21 March to 04 April 24.

Invitation to the French Day on April 12, 2024
On 12 April 2024, the City of Chemnitz and the Institut français will be hosting the Journée française - the French Day in Chemnitz. This day has set itself the task of making the topic of France and Franco-German exchange accessible to everyone and to address the intercultural relations between the two countries from a wide variety of perspectives. Placementtests for the Summer Semester 2024
All students who have previous knowledge of a foreign language but are unsure about which course or level suits them best can contact our language coordinators for an assessment of their individual language level.

Enrolment in the language courses begins on 21 March 2024 and ends on 4 April 2024. The language courses start on 08 April 2024.

The language courses in the winter semester 2023/2024 will begin on 16th Oct 23. Registration for the language courses is possible via OPAL from 27th Sept to 12th Oct 2023.
