Sociometry in Kindergarten Groups
Sociometry is a tool of social research and was first described around 1930 by the physician and sociologist J. L. Moreno (1889–1974). It is used to analyze relationships within groups.
The method can be successfully applied even in kindergarten groups (starting from approx. 4 years old). Sociometry is part of the diagnostics used in the HUCKEPACK project.
The list below contains all relevant instruments that allow for the effective collection and evaluation of sociometric data in preschool groups, and can therefore be independently used at any time by the respective educators.
