Brazilian CsF-scholarhip holders
10.000 of the whole scholarships within the program "Science without borders" is reserved for mobilities of Brazilian CsF-scholarship holders to German host universities ("CsF Alemanha"). The selection of Brazilian applicants is done by the Brazilian organizations CAPES and CNPq within a national call. The requirements and the selection criteria within "CsF Alemanha" are established in close cooperation with the DAAD. The application of Brazilian applicants shall be filed to their Brazilian home university where it will be verified formally by the respective coordinator.
In the next step the formally admitted applications will be filed to the intermediary organizations CAPES and CNPq. Afterwards them and the DAAD choose jointly the appropriate applicants. Applicants evaluated positively get a privileged access to the special internet platform of the DAAD "CsF Alemanha". There the Brazilian CsF-scholarship holders can apply for admission to the offer of a German university suitable to their interests.
Together with the acceptance of the scholarhsip their holders inform CAPES, CNPq and DAAD about their special interests. The CsF-scholarship holders looking for Undergraduate Sandwich offers can nominate up to 3 preferred study courses at a German university presented in the database. The final decision about the admission of Brazilian applicants is taken by the respective German universities.
