Proceedings - Call for Papers
As announced at the Chemnitz Finite Element Symposium 2017 in Strobl, we will edit the collection Advanced Finite Element Methods with Applications - Proceedings of the 30th Chemnitz FEM Symposium 2017 which will be published by Springer. It is intended as a volume in the book series 'Lecture Notes in Computational Science and Engineering', http://www.springer.com/series/3527 All participants of the 2017 Symposium are invited to contribute with an article of 10 to 20 pages length. Submitted papers need not conform identically to what was presented at the conference; titles and authoring may change. The proceedings should meet traditional standards for originality and quality, within the limitations of length. All papers will be refereed. Please indicate by January 15, 2018, whether or not you will make a contribution, and in the positive case an estimation of its length. All corresponding authors will be sent a complimentary copy of this book upon publication. The papers should be prepared according to the Instructions for the Authors which can be found on our web page https://dokumente.unibw.de/pub/bscw.cgi/10754107 where authors can also download the corresponding style files. Please start reading with readme.txt and follow the requests. The papers should be sent electronically (as pdf-file) to Thomas Apel <thomas.apel@unibw.de>. Deadline for the submission is April 8, 2018. The plan is to have accepted papers by end of August. We look foward to your submissions and wish you all the best for the new year!
