We cordially invite you to the Chemnitz University of Technology. Come to Chemnitz an old industrial city in Germany, close to the so called "Erzgebirge" (mountans with heavy mining industry from the early Middle Ages till a few years ago, setting the foundation of Saxony's richness).

You will learn how structure arises in the universe and structure formation with all its implications still dominates our surrounding. You learn on structure formation on different steps from the big bang at extremely high temperatures to the formation of molecules, clusters, and crystals at low temperatures (i.e. room temperatures), mainly focusing on the latter.

In addition we organize several excursions and further events to give you a flavour of the local surroundings, its culture and its people.
