The study "Female and male entrepreneurs adopting digital technology: Embeddedness in the ecosystem for women entrepreneurship" by our colleague Mahsa Samsami and Thomas Schøtt as well as the study "Exporting by women-led family firms: Enhanced by ecosystems for family business and for women entrepreneurship?" by our colleague Mahsa Samsami and our chair holder Michael C.J. Mayer have been presented at the 2024 Diana International Research Conference.

Dr. Rainhart Lang, former chair holder and co-initiator of the Master's program Management and Organization Studies, will speak on 20.06.2024 on the research field of organizational culture (Title: Alternative approaches to organizational culture).

We are pleased to welcome Ms. Dr. Mahsa Samsami as a new research associate at the Chair of Organization and International Management!

As part of the recently adopted Gender Equality Plan, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Chemnitz University of Technology has decided to provide menstrual hygiene products free of charge in a selected toilet. A tampon and sanitary pad dispenser has been installed in the public women's toilet on the ground floor of the faculty building at Thüringer Weg 7, where the hygiene products can be taken. The procurement of the dispenser was initiated by the Faculty's Equal Opportunities Commissioner, our colleague Christian Huber.
