CeSeCo – Center for Sensing and Cognition

Building partly on the Center for Sensing and Cognition, the Center for Humans and Technology (MeTech) was established at Chemnitz University of Technology in January 2023.

In January 2018, the Center for Sensing and Cognition was established at the Faculty of Natural Sciences by scientists from six different departments of Chemnitz University of Technology. The Center brings together the cross-departmental expertise on sensing and cognition from a human and a technological perspective. On these pages you will find basic information about the center, illustrative case studies on the interplay of sensing and cognition as well as examples for interdisciplinary projects by the center's members.
