UNIVERS WINTER SCHOOL on OPTIMIZATION, GAMES and MARKETS
Over the last decades, it became standard in microeconomics to use optimization techniques in order to model strategic and hierarchical interdependencies between the market participants. UNIVERS Winter School on Optimization, Games and Markets aims to provide an introduction to PhD and graduate students into this interdisciplinary topic of current research from the mathematical perspective. The focus lies in the mathematical modeling of different market mechanisms and their qualitative and quantitative analysis by means of optimization. Generalized Nash Equilibrium Problems, Bilevel Programming, Multi-Leader-Follower Games will be the topics of the UNIVERS Winter School.
DATES: November 14-17, 2021
VENUE: Chemnitz University of Technology, Chemnitz, Germany (online streaming will be available).
MINI-COURSES:
