Project "Faces of Migration" at the Chair of English Literatures

Dear student, dear interested reader,

Welcome to "Faces of Migration"!

Who we are and what we do:

In the context of the arrival of great numbers of refugees also in Chemnitz, we (a group of students from different study programmes at TU Chemnitz) have decided to organise events that call attention to the topics of escape and asylum, as well as to offer direct help for refugees in learning the basics of the German language. Our aim is to support integration, which, we think, can only be fully achieved through direct contact with and interaction between students and refugees.
