Semiconductor physics / Nano structures

Informations:

• The Semiconductor Physics lectures will start on the 11th of April and the exercises will start 2 weeks afterwards.

• Both lectures and exercises will take place online under the following link:

• You must login with your first and last name according to your TUC records. Funny, artistic names will prevent you from attending the online sessions.
  Online attendance, from outside Germany is also not possible.
  

• All informations, updates and lectures/exercises PDFs will always be found under the following link: ( MicroNano.php )
  The PDFs of the lectures and exercises will not be placed online on a regular basis and might be prone to delays. Therefore, it is recommended you take your own personal notes during the sessions.
  The use of microphone is mandatory so that you can answer my questions or ask your own questions.
  Inscriptions are handled by the Prüfungsamt, not me.

• The homeworks are not mandatory but in case you wish to send the resolutions, I will take this work into account for the final mark in Semiconductor Physics: 20%.
  The homeworks must be sent in 1 single PDF document to teresa.nomade@gmail.com, indicating in the subject the name of the tutorial they refer to: Tutorial 1, Tutorial 2, etc.
  I will only accept homeworks until the 17th of June 2022.
