The „International Conference on
Solid Films and Surfaces“ (ICSFS)
is strongly interdisciplinary and covers the various aspects of thin films and surfaces including also nano and nano-bio science and technology, wherever surfaces are involved. The Conference traditionally hosts an exhibition in which a vast selection of advanced and innovative scientific instrumentation is presented.
