Single Cell Testing
Description
Our laboratories are equipped with two single cell test benches from Horiba FuelCon. These enable us to carry out various cell characterizations and investigations. These include, among other:
- U-I characteristic curves
- AST (accelerated stress tests)
- CV (Cyclic Voltammetry)
- EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy)
- LSV (linear sweep voltammetry)
- Leakage Tests
- Endurance Tests
- Abuse Tests
Test bench parameters:
- Voltage: 0 - 1V
- Current: 0 - 100 A
- Gas temperature up to 200 °C
- Test specimen temperature up to 90 °C
- Media pressures up to 5 bar(a)
- Media flows:
- Hydrogen: 0 - 1 Nl/min
- Oxygen: 0 - 5 Nl/min
- Humidification: 0 - 100 %rH
