• Characterization and testing of FC stacks, FC systems and FC system components
• Automotive-, train-, airborne- and maritime- systems
• Systems up-to 150 kWe – with existing power loads (1200 A or 1200 V)
• Tests run under simulated real-world conditions (T, p, φ, a)
• Hydrogen supply ~ 0.4 tons of H2 5.0
• Oil-free air supply 160 g/s at up-to 12 bar
• Chiller 300 kW @ 6 °C
• 4 H2-Sensors on the roof + 2 H2-Sensors in the non-explosive exhausts
• Controlled room temperature in range of ± 0,7 °C – room cooling capacity ~ 60 kW
• 4 x 300 bar (3+1) N2 - for nitrogen purging / flushing
• Additional temperature cooling loop – 70 kW @ 16 °C
• Alarms – hydrogen, gas pressure, ventilation, cooling
