- Developing and comparing possible options of producing and distributing hydrogen made from Russian natural gas to Western Europe with competitive types of production
- Identification and assessment of factors influencing costs
- Development and evaluation of a cost model
- Assessment of the relevance of all parameters by means of a sensitivity analysis
- Assessment of economic advantages and the ecological situation
- Cooperation with OOO "DonGaz" and Don State Technical University, both in Rostov-on-Don, Russia
