Dear prospective students,

for students at Chemnitz University of Technology, the exams of the summer semester are over; most of them are currently taking a break from university life. You, on the other hand, are currently considering whether you would like to become part of Chemnitz University of Technology?

We say: Yes, by all means! Eleven good reasons for studying in Chemnitz can be found in a brief video. To support you in your decision, we have also summarised everything important about studying at TU Chemnitz on the landing page "Study in Chemnitz".

This year it is probably not only a question of whether you will start studying, but also how studying is possible under the conditions of the corona pandemic. To this end, we have brought together information in our FAQ section for applicants and prospective students on how to successfully start studying.

Your question has not been answered? No problem, just contact the Central Course Guidance Service at TU Chemnitz, phone +49 371 531-55555, e-mail studienberatung@tu-chemnitz.de.
