Chemnitz University of Technology Opens Vaccination Program to All

Employees and students at Chemnitz University of Technology, as well as all those willing to be vaccinated who do not work or study at the university, have the opportunity to be vaccinated on the campus of Chemnitz University of Technology. For this purpose, a mobile vaccination team will be deployed starting July 12, 2021. The DRK-Kreisverband Döbeln-Hainichen e. V. is in charge of this.
First and second vaccinations will be offered at intervals of 21 days on campus, more precisely in the Weinhold-Bau, Reichenhainer Straße 70. The mobile team will be giving out the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine. After receiving the second vaccination, you can receive a digital vaccination certificate.
Those who belong to the university can book their appointment via the OPAL learning platform. There, interested parties can find all dates and times as well as important information on booking and vaccination. Those interested in vaccination who are not affiliated with the university can request an appointment by sending an e-mail to impfung-corona@tu-chemnitz.de, stating their first and last name and a telephone number where they can be reached during the day, as well as the preferred date for the first vaccination.
