„ServiceLine“ informs at eye level

For a good start into the winter semester 2017/18: Chemnitz University of Technology offers a service hotline for counselling and information on studies

All questions regarding the subject of studies at Chemnitz University of Technology will be answered at the hotline +49 371 531 33333. Until October 15, 2017, all applicants and students can reach from 1 p.m. till 4 p.m. the so-called “ServiceLine” and will be connected with a consultant. The team helps to answer questions on all courses of studies at Chemnitz University, but also on study qualifications and requirements, application and registration deadlines, study structures and order of studies, as well as the complete registration process. Especially applicants who are not quite sure if they did everything right on their application will find a sympathetic ear. Further and detailed information on the 99 study programs the Chemnitz University offers in the winter semester 2017/18 can be obtained from the Central Course Guidance Service.
