Anyone interested to engage in an intercultural experience, has the opportunity to do so on 27 April 2019 in the “Club der Kulturen” of Chemnitz University of Technology (Thüringer Weg 3, 09126 Chemnitz). The Bangladeshi students of the university will celebrate the Bengali New Year 1426.
Aside from the New Year festivities, guests will enjoy a Bangladeshi cultural segment which includes a colourful mix of Bengali songs, dance, poetry and fashion show wearing traditional Bangladeshi outfits. There will be multimedia presentation on Bangladesh followed by a quiz and a lucky draw. Guests will have the chance to win some attractive gifts from the quiz and lucky draw. Right after the cultural segment, we will serve different kind of traditional Bangladeshi food for the guests. As soon as we finish the dinner, dance floor will be opened by DJ Cash.
