A Special Evening in a Unique Atmosphere

The 3rd annual TUCsommernacht will take place on 22 June 2019, with a full programme and student-friendly ticket prices – online sales will end on June 14th

On 22 June 2019, the TUCsommernacht will take place for the third time. It starts at 18:00 in the courtyard of the Chemnitz University of Technology Böttcher Building (Straße der Nationen 62). The doors open at 17:30. In addition to members of the Chemnitz University of Technology community, citizens from Chemnitz and the surrounding region are invited to spend a special evening with a selection of music, entertainment and culinary offerings.

The programme includes various vocal and musical performances on the evening’s main stage. Your appetite will be sufficiently taken care of by, among other things, a wine bar, a cocktail bar provided by the FPM Student Club, and food trucks and stands that offer dishes such as burgers, currywursts, snacks and other items hot off the grill. A barbeque area, operated by Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau, will also offer dining at student-friendly prices. In addition, there will be numerous free samples available, including ice cream, smoothies and TUCpopcorn.

Pre-sale tickets will be available until 20 June at the Uni Shop in the main lecture hall building (Orangerie). Online pre-sale tickets will be available until 14 June. Remaining tickets will be available at the box office. Regular price for tickets is €7.50 for adults and €3 for students.
