The written confirmation of the reservation and the student identity card have to be presented by the time of registration.
The usage of the University Library is exclusively permitted under the condition of presentation of an evidence of a daily-based negative test result or an

Students have to register either at the guard (prior to 9 am and after 5 pm, always saturdays) or at the information desk of the University Library in the entrance area. The access to the building (main entrance, left door, please knock carefully at the window of the guard left to the door) will be assured for the period indicated in the reservation form, even if, due to the scheduling of the examination, they are beyond the current opening hours of the University Library.
After entry of the building, the hand disinfectant dispensers have to be used.
An attendance notification has to be filled in (also possible in advance). By registration, the student receives an exact determination of place (west wing, 1st floor and place number). Exclusively this place is permitted for usage!
