Important Deadlines - AMSC25

Note: Due to the tight timeline of the Review Process, deadlines for paper or review submission cannot be postponed, and late submissions will not be accepted.

The submission and registration period starts on 22 October 2024. The deadline for Submission of Conference Paper is 10 December 2024.

The Peer-Review process for papers will begin the following day, 11 December 2024. Reviews must be submitted by 17 December 2024, to allow the Scientific Committee to complete their Master-Reviews by 12 January 2025.

Participants will receive feedback on their submissions immediately after the review deadline. Authors will be informed of the acceptance status or asked to revise their paper.

The revised version of the paper must be submitted by 18 January 2025. The final decision on acceptance will be communicated by 21 January 2025.

The conference will last three days, from 27 to 29 January 2025. The schedule of presentations will be announced after the Conference Paper Submission deadline. Please note that the schedule is subject to minor changes until 26 January 2025.

A get-together event for all participants will be held at the TU campus after the final presentation on the afternoon of 29 January 2025.

The proceedings will be made available online shortly after the conference.
