The CIMO framework for constructing research questions was developed especially for Managament and Organization Studies (Denyer & Tranfield 2009, p. 683). You may ask yourself questions as follows:
C ONTEXT Welche Individuen, Beziehungen, institutionelle Rahmen-bedingungen und Systeme werden untersucht?
I NTERVENTION Die Effekte welchen Ereignisses, welcher Aktion oder Aktivität werden untersucht?
M ECHANISMS Welche Mechanismen können die Beziehung zwischen Interventionen und Ergebnissen erklären? Unter welchen Bedingungen kommen diese Mechanismen zum Tragen?
O UTCOMES Welche Effekte der Intervention gibt es? Wie werden die Ergebnisse gemessen? Was sind beabsichtigte und unbeabsichtigte Effekte?
