Mailbox storage space: Mailbox quota

For incoming e-mail you receive a storage space of 500 MBytes. This space is shared between your inbox and your folders on the server, if you have created any. Please ensure that there is always some storage space available for incoming e-mail, e.g. by deleting processed messages from the inbox or increasing the storage space.

If the storage space is exceeded, you will receive a short message (by e-mail and when logging in with a e-mail program via IMAP protocol). If a new e-mail arrives for you, it can no longer be delivered as long as you do not create space by deleting mails from your folders at the server. Attempts will be made to deliver this e-mail for up to 5 days before it is returned to the sender as undeliverable.
