We want to offer a management master’s program that

• is internationally compatible, application- and research-oriented,
• potentially addresses a variety of student interests and target groups,
• but at the same time has a strong focus on the core areas of human resources management, leadership, organisation, sustainability management, international, strategic, innovation and technology management,

to develop responsible, creative, independent, critically thinking and globally capable specialists and managers of the future who are sought after and capable of working in all types of organizations and who can make a contribution to the positive development of individuals, organizations and societies.
