Wir freuen uns sehr, dass unser eingereichtes Full Paper bei der diesjährigen EURAM (European Academy of Management) Konferenz 2024 zum Thema Fostering Innovation to address Grand Challenges angenommen wurde: Das Paper Addressing sustainability through HRM practices: A qualitative study of HRM configurations in small and medium-sized family firms wird im Sustainable HRM and New Ways of Working Track (Co-Autorinnen: Hanna Sauer, Prof. Dr. Nina Katrin Hansen & Prof. Dr. Juani Swart) präsentiert.

From 20.-22.09.2023 our team took part at the Autumn Workshop of the Commission Personnel Management (WK Pers) within the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB) which took place at the ESCP Business School and the Harnack-Haus in Berlin. Our newest short paper was presented: Antecedents and adoption of a Common Good HRM approach in small- and mediumsized family firms (Co-authors: Hanna Sauer (TUC), Prof. Dr. Nina Katrin Hansen (TUC)). Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Nina Katrin Hansen and Prof. Dr. Kai Bohrmann (University of Bielefeld) organized the Early Career Workshop for Post-Docs and Asisstant Professors. A big "thank you" to our three excellent guest speakers and also to the organizers, Prof. Marion Festing and her team, for hosting a great conference!

We are delighted that our two short papers "Antecedents and Adoption of a Common Good HRM Approach in Small- and Medium-Sized Family Firms" (Co-authors: Sauer, H & Hansen, N. K.) as well as "Meaningful Work During Telework: A Qualitative Study on the Influence of Leaders Behaviors on Meaningful Work During Working from Home" (Co-authors: Fronczek, S., Sauer, H. & Hansen, N. K.) have been accepted at the 39th EGOS (European Group for Organization Studies) Colloquium 2023 on the topic of "Organizing for the Good Life: Between Legacy and Imagination", hosted by the University of Cagliari, Italy.

Juni 2022: Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Simon Fronczek (Doktorand und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Professur BWL6) den "Best Reviewer Award" der Organizational Behavior Special Interest Group (OB SIG) auf der EURAM-Konferenz 2022 erhalten hat. Wir gratulieren zu dieser tollen externen Anerkennung!

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass unsere beiden eingereichten Full Paper bei der diesjährigen EURAM (European Academy of Management) Konferenz 2022 zum Thema Leading Digital Transformation angenommen wurden: 1) Das Paper A Qualitative Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Virtual Leaders on Their Employees Perception of Meaningful Work wird im Positive and Negative Organizational Behavior Track (Co-Autoren: Simon Fronczek, Hanna Sauer & Prof. Dr. Nina Katrin Hansen) präsentiert. 2) Das Paper Human Resource Management System Hybrids in Family Firms: A Qualitative Study of Small and Medium-Sized Companies in Germany wird im Family Business Research General Track vorgestellt. Co-Autoren sind hier Hanna Sauer und Prof. Dr. Nina Katrin Hansen sowie unsere erfolgreiche Studierendengruppe - Julia Kulachek, Christoph Maurer and Luisa Reichel - aus einem unserer letzten Anwendungsprojekte im Master Management & Organization Studies (MOS).
