Teaching concept
The teaching concept is based on the following qualification goals using a variety of different teaching methods:
Qualification goals:
- Provide academically sound knowledge in innovation and technology management with a high level of application relevance at all skill levels (knowledge, application & problem solving)
- Promote experiential learning through research, team and transfer projects in interdisciplinary environments
- Promote discourse and critical skills through interactive case study discussions
- Research orientation through teaching theories of science and research methods at all qualification levels as well as empirical-methodological orientation in final, seminar and project work
- Intercultural experience-based learning and self-reflection, research orientation and (inter) national and interdisciplinary academic exchange in the summer school format

The teaching concept of the professorship aims to convey orientation, the ability to act, but also an awareness of alternatives in complex situations. These should be based on a theoretically sound basis in the research area of innovation research and technology management and related topics.
