Application projects

In close cooperation with partners from industry, service or public institutions, master’s students have the opportunity in two-semester application projects to implement the course content taught on the basis of specific problems in practice and to develop effects. The projects can take the form of training, research or advice. Regular supervision by the chair is an important element. The reflection of the project work and the dynamics in the project team serves to assess which theoretical elements can be usefully implemented in which form. The work performed corresponds roughly to that of a one-person company. This also enables unusually extensive tasks to be mastered. Results are documented in a project report.Feedback is also sent to the partners in the form of presentations, workshops and reports.

Further information on the application projects can be found on the website of the Master's Management & Organization Studies.

Tutorial

The Faculty of Economics supports all application projects of the Management & Organization Studies course with a tutorial. This is offered across professorships and accompanies the students in questions of research methods and project management.
