IFE Applications

The IFE application is implemented in C++ within the Qt Framework. Due to ist modular architecture, the integration of image processing algorithms within IFE is possible with the help of third party applications and an implemented interface that executes all filters, regardless their programming language. The aformentioned interface handles mainly two types of algorithms:

• Conventional Image Processing :
  • Feature-based object detection
  • Support for C++ and python image processing algorithms
  • Object detection Algorithms:
    • Insulators

• Deep Learning :
  • DL-based object detection
  • Require Python environment setup (Anaconda)
  • Support for only python solutions
  • Object detection Algorithms:
    • Insulators
    • Burnmarks
    • Dead/Infected Trees
